LIVE WORKOUT EXPERIENCE AT HOME

Stages Studio+ instructors get a real time data feed from the member at home. This allows the instructor to give shout outs, encouragement and extra motivation during the class.

The ability to build the digital community at home is critically important. In competitive experiences members can see how the class is performing, and in non-competitve classes emoji polling allows members to connect with the group and the instructor.
